These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website psprentacar.com and all car rental services provided by PSP Car Rental in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

UAE Residents:

• Valid UAE Driving License
• Emirates ID
• Residential Visa (if required)

Tourists:

• Passport Copy
• Visit Visa
• Home Country Driving License
• International Driving Permit

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is generally 21 years. Luxury, sports, and exotic cars may require the renter to be between 23–25 years, depending on the vehicle and insurer.

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• A booking is confirmed only after document verification and payment/deposit as applicable
• We reserve the right to decline a booking if documents do not meet our requirements

• Rental rates are quoted per day and may vary for weekly and monthly plans
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex, along with other listed payment methods
• Prices exclude Salik (toll) charges and parking fees, which are billed separately based on actual usage
• Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, additional drivers, or late returns

Some vehicles require a refundable security deposit, while select cars may be available with no deposit. The deposit amount, if applicable, depends on the vehicle category and rental policy, and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Basic insurance coverage is generally included with every rental. Customers may opt for additional coverage for extra peace of mind and reduced liability in case of an accident or damage.

Most rentals include a daily mileage limit. Exceeding this limit will incur an additional per-kilometer charge. The exact mileage allowance depends on the car category and the selected rental plan.

We offer vehicle delivery and pickup to hotels, homes, offices, and airports across the UAE, subject to availability. Delivery fees may vary depending on location and timing.

Additional drivers can be added to a booking by providing a valid driving license and identification. Additional driver charges may apply depending on the vehicle category.

A grace period may apply for late returns. Beyond this period, late return charges will be applied on an hourly or daily basis. Customers are requested to inform our support team in advance if a delay is expected.

• All vehicles are inspected and cleaned before handover
• Customers are expected to return the vehicle in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted
• Any damage, traffic fines, or violations incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter

Chauffeur service is available for selected vehicles. This can be requested at the time of booking or by contacting our support team, subject to availability and pricing.

Cancellation requests should be communicated to our support team as early as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the specific vehicle booking policy.

PSP Car Rental is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, unavailability of a specific vehicle model, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
